Three storey stone building with two outbuildings and one hectare of land in uncontaminated location near Arezzo
It is a high, wild land with the estate at 700 metres altitude overlooking a wooded valley dotted with vineyards and olive groves. The stone building measures approx. 350 sq.m. on three levels. The ground floor consists of four cellars with opening to the garden. Internal staircase leads to the first floor which consists of several large, and full of light rooms and a bathroom. The second-floor features underroof rooms partially habitable and two rooms. 
Two stone outbuildings form part of the property together with 1 hectare of surrounding land. Also, a small building with bread oven is owned in common with the owners of the smaller part of the building. This part is not lived in and not in living conditions. The owners are willing to sell.
The buildings are in good structural conditions, and all have new roofs. They have been well maintained and looked after in the past. Interiors have been cleaned by the new owner and partially furnished. The electrical system was redone, and new water boiler installed. The bathroom is practically new. What remains to be done is the wall painting, creation of new bathrooms and a kitchen and restoration of existing doors and windows. Also, a heating system would be required if the property is to be used during winter.
All original features such as stone floors, handmade terracotta tiles, frescos and antique fireplaces remained intact, which makes the property even more precious and special.
Large windows offer fantastic views of the surroundings. The area is unspoilt and uncontaminated. The woods offer porcini mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts as well as the possibility to see wild animals and plants, which cannot be found in other places. Also, you will not find tourists here; the valley can be discovered only after an on-purpose journey. 
Arezzo and Cortona, two medieval cities with a rich cultural heritage are not far away. 
This was the area chosen by Etruscans who settled here 2500 years ago.  Later, this was the place where first settlements were created first by Romans and then by people from Tuscany and the Vatican state.
