Description
A few kilometers from the city of Arezzo stands this renowned winery with cellar .The cellar of about 760 square meters is well structured and well connected to the state highway. Strategically located it allows easy access to customers who want to buy products and couriers for the marketing and distribution of wine and oil.
On the entrance floor of the winery we are greeted by a large space with a fireplace dedicated to tastings and sales. The area dedicated to production is well designed and consists of two large rooms for aging and storage. Adjacent to the cellar is the warehouse for the storage of agricultural machinery The temperature inside the cellar is constantly controlled to optimize the timing and quality of production.
Condition and finishes
The cellar is perfect in every part and the materials used are those of the classic Tuscan tradition .The systems are up to standard and solar panels provide for energy saving. The floors are in terracotta tiles , the vaulted ceilings in original bricks or exposed wooden beams. The cellar in addition to being very functional is also well inserted in the landscape of the area devoted to the cultivation of the vineyard .

The land owned by the winery is about 66 hectares divided as follows : 20 hectares of arable land, about 5 hectares of olive grove, 11 hectares of vineyard, 29 hectares of woodland .Within the property intended for cultivation there is a large lake that ensures water supply more than enough for the needs of the company. The vineyard is predominantly San Giovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia nera , Merlot. Currently there are eight labels of excellence in addition to Vin Santo and Grappa : production is about 45000 bottles and 35/40 quintals of oil .
