In the heart of Tuscany, in the land of Michelangelo and Leonardo, stands an old farmhouse with a group of cypress trees that evoke distant memories of the Renaissance.
The Casa dell'Artista is located in the Ambra Valley above a small borgo overlooking the hills. It is the home and studio of an artist who produces paintings, ceramics and blown glass that he has shared with friends and admirers for many years.

In front of the old farmhouse there is a courtyard with a small rose garden, a loggia in front of the house and a terrace covered by a pergola, where you can enjoy the shade during the sunny hours. In the afternoons and evenings of spring and summer you can enjoy a glass of organic wine produced from our own vineyard. The house is a lebensraum, a cosy haven and a retreat for the soul.

The country house extends over several levels.
On the ground floor, the former cowshed has been transformed into a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, anteroom with a wooden staircase to the upper floor and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor are two rooms with bathroom and private entrance.
To get to the upper floor you can use the main access, an external staircase, and enter a hallway. To the right is a cozy eat-in kitchen with a sitting area, dining area and access to a terrace overlooking the neighboring group of houses below. To the left you enter a corridor from which branches off to the left and right a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a utility room. At the end of this corridor, one reaches the first floor on the left via the already mentioned wooden staircase and via 7 steps to a study with access to a large terrace and view of the vineyard and via another 6 steps to a spacious tower room.

Opposite the main house is an annex with loggia and one room each on the ground floor and upper floor, which the artist currently uses as a studio. Behind the annex, a shelter closes the access road coming from the gate.
Next to the Casa dell'Artista is a currently unoccupied neighboring house separated by a narrow corridor.

The house is heated by a gas heater with liquid gas tank, and the cozy kitchen-living room on the upper floor is additionally heated by a pellet stove.

In the vineyard there are 650 vines, of which 70% Sangiovese and 30% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, and the owner, more interested in quality than quantity, make between 400-700 bottles a year.
