This lovely apartment is located within the beautiful medieval village of Sogna (an Italian word literally meaning "Dream"), in the municipality of Bucine (Arezzo). Sogna was completely renovated between the years 2003-2006 in an accurate and respectful style. According to Tuscan architectural policies, there has been a recovery of original materials in full respect of the natural environment. Sogna is a smaill village consisting of about twenty apartments, a beautiful shared swimming pool, a tennis court and other common facilities such as a laundry room and an oven used for convivial events. Furthermore, residents enjoy a partial possession of the land that surrounds the village and that extends for almost the entire hill, consisting mostly of olive groves and woods. This allows the residents to produce their own olive oil and firewood. Sogna has its own natural water well for supplying drinking water throughout the year.

Our apartment is immersed in the heart of Arezzo area and is made by two distinct floors: at first floor there is a gorgeous living room with fireplace and kitchen; on the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms both with their own bathroom. Moreover, there is a small cellar which can be used as a warehouse.

A beautiful stone staircase leads to the main entrance from the panoramic veranda with a suggestive view; the main bedroom on the ground floor leads to the outside where it is possible to enjoy a porch for convivial moments.

It is an ideal place for those who want to be in peace and completely immerse themselves in nature.
