Located on the slopes of the Pratomagno Massif, on the Casentino side, at an altitude of 516 meters, near the Casentinesi Forests National Park, immersed in greenery, among pristine meadows and woods, in a literally heavenly area. Inside the private park, three natural springs flow, feeding a fountain and a small lake that hosts water lilies and local aquatic fauna.
The farmhouse has been finely renovated according to careful bio-architecture criteria, energy class A3.
