Location
This splendid complex is situated in the heart of Chianti Fiorentino, near Barberino Tavarnelle. It enjoys absolute tranquility with views of the towers of San Gimignano and the Tuscan hills, in a dominant and sunny position. On top of a hill from which one can admire a suggestive, typical Tuscan landscape with views extending over the surrounding valleys, vineyards, and olive groves.

Description
The farm comprises a main villa, the oldest one, arranged over three levels. The ground floor features two apartments used for agritourism activities, a reception and offices serving the company, other spaces open to the public including a wonderful dining area, a storage warehouse, and a room where the owners organize traditional Tuscan cooking courses.
On the first floor, there are four bright apartments, now used privately by the owners, and the second floor is entirely used as a warehouse. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained garden used as a relaxation and entertainment area.
The second farmhouse of about 306 sqm is entirely dedicated to hospitality, divided into four apartments, surrounded by a beautiful private garden with a pool.
Slightly downhill from the villa is a second farmhouse of 952 sqm, spread over two levels. The lower floor is used as a warehouse, while the upper floor is divided into three apartments.

The land covers about 113 hectares, mostly used for cereals (35 hectares), a forest of about 41.5 hectares, 13 hectares of olive groves, and 16.5 hectares of vineyards. Additionally, there is a private truffle orchard producing different types of truffles depending on the season.
The wines produced include Chianti DOCG, Chianti Superiore DOCG, Toscana Rosso IGT, Toscana Bianco IGT, and the highlight, the internationally acclaimed Vinsanto del Chianti DOC.

Condition and Finishes
The farm is in good condition regarding the main villa, the catering area, and the cellar. The facades are partially plastered and partially in stone. Typical Tuscan materials such as wood, stone, and ancient terracotta are used.
