This ancient farmhouse reigns in an uncontaminated context on the Chianti mountains where the holiday home business is carried out by the owners who live in an independent former barn. The complex measures approx. 800 sqm net and is surrounded by a large, terraced garden with swimming pool and solarium and 20 hectares of land.
The stone structure is characterized by a medieval tower that dates back to the 1200s to mark the border between the territory of Florence and that of Siena. It was a post station where wayfarers and messengers changed their horses. On the internal walls there are the unmistakable signs of the Templars who were present until 1307.
In summer you can breathe a fresh and relaxing air with the scents of lavender and rosemary. The main farmhouse is divided into 5 apartments, for a total of 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, all with outdoor spaces. The "tinaia" with vaulted ceiling finished in bricks is a meeting place for a chat while tasting the products. The 12m x 6m swimming pool with sun deck has recently been rebuilt and fully meets the requirements for the business. The building above has a large pergola and houses the summer kitchen and the laundry room. From here the view extends over a large field where hay is cut, also suitable for keeping horses or for setting up an agri-glamping. At the end of the promontory is the barn with a stone farmyard, set on two levels, with a large living area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
