We are negotiating the sale of an ancient building complex, renovated, used as a tourist accommodation business (CAV) located in the Florentine hills, just 40 minutes from Florence and a few kilometers from the main communication routes. The accommodation is located in a strategic place, such as to reach the first services on foot and at the same time in the Tuscan countryside with an absolutely fantastic landscape.
