Surroundings
The surroundings are welcoming for cycling and walking, and not many cars access the road despite it being paved until the house (it then continues towards the small characteristic monastery of Bottinaccio, but unpaved, so it is not very attractive as a road for passers-by). Vineyards, olive orchards and mediterranean forests are waiting in the immediate surrounding of the property.

Several state contributions and deductions are available for property improvement, eg. the 110% state contribution for specific interventions in energy efficiency, antiseismic interventions, infrastructure for photovoltaic systems or for charging electric vehicles, and for improving the electric efficiency, the Ecobonus.

Renovations needed: if inhabited during winter the heating system could be renovated, at the moment it is a fully functional but not really efficient oil burner.
