It is easily reachable from the SS1 Aurelia variation Livorno-Grosseto, the Pisa airport is 1 hour and a half far driving while the one in Florence is 110 km far. Grosseto city is only 50 km far from the property.

Inside the farm there are 2 building ised for the agritouristic activity. The main structure has been recently fully renovated.
