Basement: Accessible both by staircase and elevator , we find bright rooms thanks to the skylights in each room. This part of the main villa, here finds its underground connection with the outbuilding. Large living area, gym, laundry, steam room and single bedroom.
Ground Floor: Large entrance on the hallway overlooking the living room with fireplace and large French windows from both sides that allow access to the terraces slightly raised compared to the garden. First floor: Going up the stairs, meet the two single rooms both with access to the terrace that have in common, a bathroom with bathtub serving the rooms and guests who can use the rooftop. The master bedroom has a small fireplace, a jacuzzi in the room, in the en suite bathroom there is a large shower.

FINISHES
Villa Cesare by the will of the owners represents an interweaving of styles and inspirations deriving from the journeys made. The façades are grained plasted with colors ranging from white to gray with an alternation that recalls the architecture of Luis Barragán and the buildings that meet in Latin America. The openings have Carrara bardiglio marble frames and the parapets in the terraces of the roof area are made of steel. The main villa comes from the entrance with an imposing armored door covered with riveted wood.
In the living room the wood panelling in continuity with the bookcase can slide becoming a door. The material chosen for the floors is wood, except for the kitchen designed by Minotti with lava stone top, where they were chosen for the flooring of steel tiles The single rooms on the upper floor have striped and checkered wallpaper with a "navy" flavor.
The master bedroom contains more than other areas of the villa the inspirations gathered around the world: eclectic elements such as lampshades that take the shape of hunting spirits of Native American tradition. On the walls, works depicting animals and recall the lodges where you can stay during a safari and a dark stone coating that recalls the idea of a treasure chest. The master bathroom clad in slate features Boffi taps. The solarium area on the roof floor of the annex has a wooden decking area and a swimming pool, covered in black bisazza. The solar shielding systems are Griesser, remotely controllable and able to filter the light inside the rooms to your liking. Going down to the basement, the finishes and coverings change, giving an environment of neutral and bright tones thanks to the beige marble that covers the walls and floors of the large living area.The Turkish bath is entirely in bisazza with alternating shades of red and dark pink. Villa Cesare is a set of carefully thought-out choices to make the environment pleasant and welcoming both to the eye and to the touch with materials chosen from time to time for each environment.
