From this house one will have lots of facilities and entertainment nearby. Hear one can walk to the bars, the restaurants, the super market and even to the public pool and the park where there is a playground for children. To not forget what Bagni di Lucca is famous for; the SPA. And with all this, one also has a garden for al fresco dining, maybe with a barbecue. If one wants to take the car, there's rafting down by the river Lima and the Canyon Park a few chilometers away from Bagni. Lucca is about 25 chilometers away.
This is for people who don't want to take the car every time they have to do something. One can go for a meal, have a drink, and not worry about it at all.
The house comes on two levels. the first level, with a few steps up to the doorstep, comes with a normal size, sit in kitchen, a big living room with a working fire place, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms and one single.

The garden is all fenced and very private, because the house is the in the last in a row, and one can't see into other people's gardens.
