It is situated on three floors and has a stunning sun terrace on top floor and a cover balcony Under which are the 2 cantinas.   These cantinas are connected with the rest of the house via trap door.  
The ground floor has the main dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom.  Part of the roof has been restored and the attic shows this. 
On top floor you will have two more bedrooms, the attic and the stunning sun terrace overlooking the valley. 
Attached to this is a barn that comes with the house which currently has no internal floors, this would make a fantastic annex for someone with some immagination.
Limano is a great village with lots of life especially in the Summer when there is a month long festival for all the people who emigrated to far off places, and return for the Summer.
The village doesn't have shop but there is a fresh bread shop and grocery store at the bottom of the road.  Also within walking distance is an awesome restaurant called the Ghiottone which has just had new management.
On top of all of this, there is the Canyon Park complex within walking distance which consists of 2 adventure parks both with zip wires.  There are stand up paddle boards, yoga and there will be a climbing wall in 2020.  This area has become popular recently for outdoor activities that encourages eco-friendly people who respect the nature of this area.
There are several plants and fauna that are only found in this area, it is a very rich eco-system.
Along the river, there is also whitewater rafting and a just a little further a field, there is skiing in the Winter.  There are many other close restaurants and eateries featuring 0 km products.
The closest city is Lucca which has an entire calendar of events all year round so your home will not just be for the Summer but will be for the entire year.
