This villa was sold by our agency a few years ago.  The owners love it but it is large with land and they are looking to get something smaller.
The complex has three entrances, one from the gated entrance into the driveway offering full car access.  One from the piazza above and one from the pathway up from the town.

Out from the villa, are amazing walks going up into the hills above and the San Graziano Restaurant.
The pool is 10 m x 5 m and was built with full permission.  Around the pool, there are relaxing pergolas.
Just 5 minutes-walk takes you to Valdattavo where there is a theatre, 2 bars, local shops and a pharmacy.
