This beautiful farm house is just outside Pieve di Compito, a town famous for it's yearly Camelia Flower festival. The farm house is detached, recently renovated and built in a tradition tuscan style with a stone finish and wooden beams. The garden and land surrounding the house is on flat. 
The house is divided into two sections. There is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor and a two bedroom upstairs. The windows of the house are all double glazed and it has central heating.
Groundfloor is where the entrance is located. The firtst kitchen on this floor has a lovely stone arch, fitted and the counters are made from marble. Next to the kitchen there is also a room for the washing machine. Through the stone arch you enter the dining area and living room. The living has cozy fireplace perfect for winter nights. The bathroom on this floor has both a shower and a jetted tub. There is one bedroom on this floor that overlooks the garden. At the end of the hall there is the second kitchen with its own door to go outside.
Following the staircase up on the right is there is the first bedroom that overlooks the backgarden. The bathroom on this floor has a shower. The second bedroom has magneficent views overlooking the farm and hills. it has big arched glass doors for the small balcony aswell as arched windows. 
At the back of the house there is an outside dining area with barbeque, great for summer time.
The farm is currently used for horses and has 7 stables.
