This authentic Tuscan farmhouse, in an idyllic location, 45 minutes from Lucca and just above the beautiful walled old town of Coreglia Antelminelli. Pisa International Airport, the city of Florence, the Mediterranean beaches of Viareggio and Camaiore and the Abetone ski area are all just over an hour's drive away.

The house is situated at an altitude of 750 meters, you reach the main entrance gate via a 5 minute drive along a gravel mountain road, of the main road. Therefore this property gives you absolute privacy.
The current owners have spared no expense to take full advantage of all the vantage points that the house's location offers. They have gone to great lengths to make the most of the traditional terraces around the house and their wonderful views. At the corner of the house you will find the traditional pizza oven, and steps leading up to the romantic pergola for dining 'al fresco' on the next level. The location is accessible via a dirt (gravel) road of about 1 kilometer. At the entrance to the site is a quaint stone cottage which can be converted into additional guest accommodation. Attached is a wooden outbuilding currently used as a garage.

The whole comprises about 6 hectares of forest with mainly sweet chestnut trees, which form a perfect environment for the area's prized porcini mushrooms. It is completely fenced and has its own water source. Internet access (4G/5G) is good.

This holiday home is the ideal retreat for those looking for an oasis of silence and unspoiled nature with great walking and cycling paths directly from the house and in the nearby Garfagnana nature reserve.
