This house is located between two lively villages. It’s on a terraced land with woodland surrounding it. It has its own private road and lots of parking space and it has been restored by a local and his wife from Milan. They used as a summer house. And indeed it is a perfect summer house! When it’s really hot, here it’s nice and cool, amongst the trees.
It has two floors plus a basement to store things in and with its own entrance.
On the ground floor one step right into the kitchen with a fire place. From there on the left hand side, one goes through a small corridor and then there’s a double bedroom. To the right one will find the living room which now is more like a dining room.
On the first floor there’s a bedrrom, a bathroom, a small corridor and an attic which is not usable.
There’s lots of space outside for al fresco dining and this area is also known for a canyon where the royal eagle lives. Here one can do great hiking in the mountains with magnificent views everywhere.
From here to the closest village there are only about a couple of chilometers. But before arriving to the village, there’s a good restaurant on the left hand side. inside the village there’s a grocery shop, a haberdasher’s and another bar and restaurant. Here they have festivals during the summer, pizza evenings and music events.
All other services one can find five/six chilometers down the road; supermarkets , banks, post offices and restaurants.
The house just needs some cosmetics and little updates.
