River side apartment in historical building 

One of the three apartments on the Convent in the centre of Gallicano.
The property is located in the historical centre of the town of Gallicano and it is part of an old Convent,  the area is pedestrian. The centre is very well kept, you will be amazed once you arrive in front of the main gate that leads you to the property.  It is majestic and opens up toward the garden, shared with the other two units. 
The access is then through a big stone stairs that will takes you to the terrace, again shared between the untis. From here you will access to the building and the door to Appartamento del Fiume is the last one on your left. 
The reception room have two stone portals on both sides one toward the night area and the other one that opens to the spacious and bright livign/dining room. 
This room has high ceiling and three windows making it a very nice room. There is fireplace that also can run central heating. All the windows have views of the river and of the town centre. 
The kitchen is quite big with a breakfast table in it, needs some modernization but everything is functional. 
The night are is made of two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the master one. The bathroom has both shower and bathtube. 
From the corridor, where you will find a built-in wardrobe, you also have the spiral staircase for access to the taverna. 
The taverna has been made underneath the house during the 1980s. It is a very cosy room with a big table and a massive fireplace where the owner use to have family dinner and party with friends. On this level, that is also accessable from the outside direclty, you will find a toilet, a kitchen, the boiler room and a cellar for storing the wood for the fireplaces. 
The house has central heating run with town gas or wood and it is connected to main water and electricity.
