Palazzo in the centre of the Village of Sermezzana 50 km from Lerici 

This Palazzo was built in the centre of the medieval village of Sermezzana and from it the family could take a look on all their belongings. 

Set closed by the church from each corner of the house you could feel the greatness of the person that actually built it back in the days. 
It has two entrances, one for the carriage into the stone courtyard and the other for pedestrian into the main floor of the house. 
Once you enter in front of you, you will find a 40 sqm living room with windows and a door that open into the terrace from which you could enjoy the view of the Alpi Apuane and you can look down on the patio and on the rest of the village.  A portion of the terrace is cover. On the same floor you also have a dining room and a kitchen still open up towards the terrace, a pantry room with the old oven and three more rooms for storage. On this floor is also present the bathroom. 
Up the majestic stone staircase you will arrive to the top floor where you have another 40 sqm living room , 4 bedrooms and 3 more storage rooms. 
The ceilings of the living rooms have frescos, the floors are all in terracotta tiles and you can breath in history every where you look.

 The village is 25 km from Aulla, Lerici, door to the Cinqueterre, is 50 km away. Train station is in Pieve San Lorenzo and walking distance (2km) there is a great place for merende and aperitivo.
