The Lullaby house is an indipendent cottage made of stone, a place to reconnect to the inner peace, where to spend lovely moments.  
The property is more than unusual for the area, being fully renovated, decorated and equipped, ready to live in Tuscan paradise. 

Located at 400mtl above the sea, the house has a breathtaking sea view of  the Versilia coast, where, from Spring to Autumn the climate is sweet and the little villages, just few kilometers around, are busy because of the sea, art activities and shopping.  
Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and Camaiore are reacheable in 15 minutes, like beaches. 
The main Tuscan destinations such as the historical Florence, Lucca and Pisa or the landscape areas such as Chianti and Cinque Terre are easily reachable from here in the day.
The nearest train stations to be connected with are Pietrasanta and Viareggio. 
The nearest airport is Pisa or Florence.

I like to think at the breakfast moments spent at the tiny table under the sun umbrella, carrying from the kitchen the big bamboo basket, full of all you need to dress the table!
While the wooden dining table, that holds till 8 guests, is more intimate, not exposed to evening breezes, located outdoor under the azure shed and the pair of olive trees. Relax swinging on the rocking chair, let yourself be lulled by the magic of the nature's atmospheres and the amazing view.   
Also from bed the night view is stunning, the moon reflects into the sea, the coast shines, a sense of pure calm is all around, because the house is located footsteps from a quiet old village.

You have free parking on the main street, just in front of the house's gate or few steps after where a little parking area is located. A private gate with spiral staircase will lead you to the house's level.  

Since I purchased "The Lullaby house" it was a dream come throught that offered a lot to my life in terms of relax, efficiency and sharing. During these years I enjoyed and both rented and shared it (Home exchange).
