Hi, I'm PALAZZO FRANCHI, and I have a story to tell!
In the ancient and pulsating heart of the historic center of Villa Basilica, an ancient village immersed in the woods and hills of Lucca, I stand, silent but alive, guardian of a time that still breathes within my walls.
I am Palazzo Franchi, and for centuries I have witnessed the slow passing of the seasons, the footsteps of those who have walked under my windows, the stories whispered in the alleys.
Today, I open my heart and speak. Because I feel that the time has come to be reborn.
I am a three-story building, of about 300 square meters in total, with the potential and charm that only ancient homes can offer.
Currently, inside I host three separate apartments, each with its own rooms, its own stories, its own silence.
Everyone needs care, a careful restoration that can restore their dignity, splendor, soul.
But I don't just see cracks and peeling plaster. I see possibilities. I see dreams.
