A few minutes from Rivalto we find the village of Chianni with all the main services. Chianni is of Etruscan origin and it was a medieval castle disputed between the Bishop of Volterra and the Republic of Pisa before finally passing under Florence.

Always in the landscape are worth a visit “Le Cascate del Ghiaccione”: a beautiful place to go during the summer to walk.
