The farmhouse was completely renovated about 10 years ago using modern earthquake-proof and technological techniques, yet leaving typical Tuscan imprint thanks to the recovery and usage of original materials, such as the stones of external walls are made and many interior details such as the brick arches. Implants are all new and updated to modern standard.
Outdoor Spaces
Surrounded by 4 hectares of land, there are more then hundred olive trees and many fruit trees. Part of the land is kept as woodland and slopes gently toward a small stream lapsing the property. The pool sizes 6 x 12 and is surrounded by a large sunbathing area. next to the pool, but cleverly hidden, there is a very large room that serves as a garage for the tractor and storage for all the pool and grounds equipment.
