A large gate in the old stone wall invites you to enter. The farmyard is paved with ancient bricks that recall the functioning and activity of olive growing in the past. Overlooking the courtyard, the villa has a simple classic facade with whitewashed walls and a beautiful dark wooden entrance door. The villetta was an administrative building when there was a large production of olives on the property. It has been used as a year round home for several generations. Location and surroundings The property is located in an undulating agricultural landscape in the northwestern part of Tuscany, half an hour from Pisa and 20 minutes from the coast. Florence and several medieval cities such as Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are only an hour's drive away. In this area of Tuscany there are large prairies, wheat fields and olive groves.
