The palace has also been Castruccio Castracani’s house – a military knight of 1300, but the current appearance dates back to 1680 and shows all its charm of noble residence with 3 accesses including two gates - one driveway gate and one pedestrian gate - and the main entrance from a large door that leads us to a large scale atrium where you could still notice the original terracotta floor on the ground and high ceilings decorated with frescoes or coffered ceiling, features found in almost all environments of the house.

Let’s start to describe the width of this prestigious building of about 1000 sqm standing on two floors to which a basement with cellar rooms and a large attic should be added.

On the ground floor from the main entrance, both on the right and on the left, there are 4 symmetrical rooms, used as halls and library, a large kitchen with fireplace and a dining area, two bathrooms, a wardrobe, a storeroom, a staircase and a boiler room.

The comfortable and wide stone stairs lead us to the first floor where we have 7 bedrooms of different sizes, 2 bathrooms and 6 rooms.
