You reach the old farmhouse of 550 sqm expertly restored along a secondary road of about 4 kilometres well beaten and maintained that offers scenarios of indescribable beauty. The gaze is lost in the rolling hills, olive trees, cypresses, we are immersed in the most typical Tuscan countryside. The two independent entrances, both driveways, open the doors to the lovingly preserved and completely fenced property. The farmhouse is immersed in one hectare of completely fenced land where fruit trees and flowers with an intense colour and aroma have been widely planted. Each apartment has its own private and exclusive space furnished with an illuminated terrace, an oven and a cozy table and chairs. Large panoramic swimming pool and large outdoor chilling area for use by the whole farmhouse. Ample parking in the large covered space for cars.
