Just 800 meters from the characteristic village of Cutigliano stands the hotel of 1600 square meters set in its own private garden of about 900 square meters.The hotel is spread over three floors;on the entrance floor we are greeted by a succession of lounges and the reception. Ample space has been dedicated to the restaurant area that can accommodate up to a maximum of 160 people.The exclusive area dedicated to guests has been designed on the first floor where we can appreciate 21 suites all with private bathroom and some, larger, with exclusive sitting room.
Condition and finishes
The historic home does not require major renovation work. The facilities are up to standard and the materials used in the renovation,dating back to 2007,are excellent.The floors are in precious ceramics and many of the custom-made wooden furnishings.The facade of the building is in perfectly preserved stone.
