The structure is equipped with a very popular swimming pool for our guests, being super panoramic, richly surrounded by plants and trees, equipped with a hot/cold shower, sunbeds, a large gazebo, tables and chairs; for leisure there is a professional bocce court; near the front garden of the house there is a charming environment dedicated to fitness exercises; behind the house there is a spacious barbecue that allows you to prepare the typical Florentine steak or other roasts.
Garden areas surround the house with lemons and ornamental olives.
Exclusive parking for up to 5 cars is reserved near the entrance gate.
