Wonderful historic residence from the 1600s that belonged to one of the most influential patrician families in Florence. The villa of about 2500 square meters is immersed in its park of over 5000 square meters embellished by the large private swimming pool in travertine and the majestic depandace. In 2001 the current owners began a restoration work aimed at preserving the characteristics of the original structure, the result obtained is incredibly precious and beautiful.

Located in a strategic position to reach all services and a short distance from the famous Terme di Montecatini and at the same time at the same distance from the great cultural capitals such as Florence and Pisa, which are about 45 minutes by car. Description
Leaving the main street, you reach the imposing private gate that opens the doors of this wonderful historic home to us. The main villa of about 2500 square meters has three floors.
