The property is located in Cetona, a small medieval village named after the famous mountain where it is situated. A few kilometers in fact there is the railway station of Chiusi - Chianciano Terme, and always from Chiusi you can enter the highway from where you can reach in just over 1h, south Rome and north Florence. The ski facilities of Monte Amiata are about 60 km away while the beaches of the Grosseto area are just over 150 km away and Lake Trasimeno is about 30 km away.
