The apartment is situated in Chianciano Terme, a charming town, considered among the finest and famous health resorts in Europe, which fascinates the visitor with both its nice historic city center and its important hot spring and parks, rich in mineral waters known for their therapeutic properties since etruscan and roman times.

Its splendid surroundings are very remarkable, just to name a few: the val d'orcia and its crete (Unesco World Heritage), the Chiana valley, the wine-city of Montepulciano, the Renaissance town of Pienza and the magnificent Siena, one of the top tourist destinations in Italy. Moreover we must say that Chianciano Terme is a good starting point to discover the beauties of Florence from which it is 120 km far, of Rome (160 km far) and the nearby Umbria.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and measures 160 sqm, it also

- entering,  we have a welcoming and spacious entrance.

• on the left, a very large and bright living room with a characteristic natural stone fireplace, an imposing and refined cabinet containing various collectibles, an antique oval table with 6 chairs in the center, two new lounge chairs with leg raising systems, and a small sofa. from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Umbria, lake Trasimeno (the largest in Central Italy), the lakes of Montepulciano and Chiusi, the historic centre of Chianciano, and the spa area. in the living room there are also 3 very large plants: 1 ficus bengiaminum, 1 palm and a pothos and other smaller plants on the terraces.

• on the right is a study, with a beautiful and valuable library and associated furniture, including two storage units “hidden” behind the door (space is always a plus); this room could be another bedroom, if necessary.

• in front, we find a practical and spacious dining room, with a storage cabinet with cupboard doors and drawers that separates the dining room from the living room, a “plate rack” with english porcelain plates, a corner cabinet and a unique brick wall with a collection of antique copper objects hanging on it.

• a kitchen with a large square window, cooking area, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a new dishwasher.
