A 15 kW photovoltaic system provides ecological energy, while an artesian well guarantees excellent quality drinking water. The company is managed by five experienced employees, who can independently guarantee all the operations. Furthermore, the estate offers a large swimming pool of 14 x 7.5 meters and a depth of 3.5 meters, perfect for swimming or for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. With its position 600 meters above sea level, the property is officially classified as a mountain area, which implies, in addition to a particularly favorable microclimate, also tax breaks.
