Vineyard area and production potential
The property includes approximately 5 hectares of Brunello di Montalcino, 2 hectares of Rosso di Montalcino and 1 hectare of IGT, set in a favourable and well-structured agronomic context.
Within the estate there are two lakes, each measuring approximately 45,000 cubic metres. A lake water purification system (reverse osmosis chlorine dioxide) has also been installed, ensuring a high degree of water autonomy and low supply costs: a real advantage at a time when water availability is a strategic issue.

The main complex includes the Podere, measuring approximately 536 square metres, a recently renovated building of ancient origin, with mixed stone/brick masonry structures and wooden and tile roofing. Inside, it houses:

From a pedological, agronomic and geomorphological point of view, the land is suitable for tree cultivation, particularly vines and olive trees.
The soils are described as medium-textured, with good agronomic properties, no water stagnation and no evidence of erosion or landslides.
From a geological point of view, the soil consists mainly of clay and grey sandy clay, with rare intercalations of sand and puddingstone.
