in total, of which 3.5 hectares of vineyard are registered for 5,000 square metres under the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
— one of the world’s most prestigious appellations — whilst the remainder is classified as IGT Toscano di
Sangiovese Grosso, trained using the spurred cordon method on neat, fully
fenced off as a single block. The remaining 3.5 hectares comprise a park, an olive grove and a small woodland, offering
a hilly landscape of rare beauty. The stone farmhouse, spread over two storeys covering 900 square metres with a 70-square-metre panoramic terrace, houses on the ground
