The wine cellar is equipped with modern equipment for the processing and vinification of grapes, including temperature control systems and barriques for the ageing of red wines. Vineyard and Production


The vineyards, which include varieties of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Mammolo, Merlot, Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano, are cultivated using training techniques such as spurred cordon and Guyot. Annual production amounts to approximately 225 hectolitres. The mainstay of the company is the vineyard, which can be claimed to Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (1.9300 ha), Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (0.2480 ha) and Chianti DOCG (0.3870 ha
