SAN GIMIIGNANO (SI): In the heart of the Tuscan hills, in a strategic position near the main Tuscan capitals, biological farm of a total of 209 hectares with medieval village and various farms composed as follows: - 31.65 Ha with vineyards of which 9 Ha in Vernaccia DOCG planted in 2003 in full production with the possibility of another 4 Ha to be planted, 18.5 Ha of Chardonnay planted in 2009 and 4.5 Ha of Pinot Grigio currently managed by a company with a renewable agricultural contract year by year without possibility of preemption for the purchase, the area where vineyards are located and the protection of the forest help the growth of vines without fertilizers or chemical pesticides, they are in fact cultivated as Biological and Biodynamic (Reg. EC 2092/91 and subsequent integrations) since 2015; - 5 hectares olive grove for around 1200 plants in full production of high quality oil registered at the DOP Extra Vergine Oil Consortium; - 162 hectares of woodland with the possibility of recovering specialized crops of over 9 hectares. - 1.5 hectares of arable land and altar. The property includes two farms and an ancient farm partly to be restored for a total of about 4000 square meters as follows: 1: Farm of about 700 square meters on two levels, garden of about 6700 square meters where there are 4 outbuildings. The properties are largely to be restored. 2: Old farmhouse within a courtyard of 15,800 square meters with various driveways with main building of 1246 square meters, a ruin to be recovered and three outbuildings for 440 square meters in total. The buildings are partly to be restored. 3: Podere in a garden of 7500 square meters main building on three levels of 628 square meters and three outbuildings of 450 square meters in total. The buildings are partly to be restored with a project for the construction of a farmhouse. - Medieval village of over 3.5 hectares, among the oldest in the area, probably already inhabited for the 6th and 7th centuries, it is currently an important archaeological attraction. The village is enclosed by walls dating back to the year 1000 AD There are two mills with stone mills, foundations of different buildings, remains of warehouses and ovens, a cistern that could collect up to 60000 liters of water, beautiful church of San Frediano and the towers belonging to the walls.
