LOCATION
Torrita di Siena is one of the oldest villages in the Val di Chiana, once a fortress to defend the territory of Siena against Montepulciano, subsequently conquered by Florence and subjected to the Medici power. All the main services are just a few kilometers away as the farmhouse is not very far from Pienza or from Torrita di Siena and Montefollonico, in fact the main places of interest in the area such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montefollonico and Monticchiello are within a radius of 20 km.
DESCRIPTION
The farmhouse is located within the small village of Palazzolo, a typical cluster of houses that are often found in Tuscany. Access is currently shared with the building next door but it is possible to create a private access road and fence off the entire property for greater privacy.
The rural property is divided into three apartments on the first floor, while the ground floor is mainly composed of stables, warehouses, garages and cellars. In the courtyard, in addition to a small structure, also to be restored, there is a large roof as a shed for agricultural tools. The farmhouse owns about 4 hectares of land divided between olive groves, arable land and woods.
STATE AND FINISHES
The farmhouse is structurally in good condition, created with typical Tuscan architecture with stone vaults on the ground floor, which make the structure very solid. Externally it is partly exposed and partly with plaster. The roof has been redone for about 2/3 recently, while internally both on the ground floor and on the first floor where the apartments are, it needs to be completely restored in order to bring it to the needs of life and comfort of today.

In a panoramic position, the farmhouse dominates the entire valley on three sides, overlooking Montefollonico and the surrounding countryside. The land is mainly arable land, with a part of wood in addition to approx. 100 olive trees.
