Built in the early 1950’s of traditional local stone and extended in the early ‘60’s, with stunning views from the 1st and 2nd floor balconies over the rolling Umbrain countryside all way the Largo del Trasemeno, the 4th largest freshwater lake in Italy. Sits this detached house of 240 Sq mtrs. Set over 3 floors, of which the first and second have been fully renovated and have the required the Gas and Electricity Certificates, along with all the necessary permits and permissions as the building and renovation works have complied with all the legal requirements, and contains :
