Area:
Città della Pieve, situated in Umbria, close to the Tuscan border, is one of the more vibrant towns in the area as well as being home to Perugini's Adoration of the Magi and other works in the Cathedral that dominates the main square of the town. A wide range of shops, crafts, and excellent restaurants have already attracted many international clients from the cinema and artistic world.
The farmhouse is only 3 km from Monteleone d'Orvieto, a charming medieval village, and enjoys excellent access to major travel routes—just 7.3 km from the Fabro exit of the A1 motorway, allowing easy travel to both Rome and Florence (approximately 90 minutes by car or train).
The surrounding area is renowned for its natural beauty and proximity to some of central Italy's most sought-after destinations, including Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Val d'Orcia, and the wine towns of Montepulciano and Montalcino.

Land and Outdoor Living
Set within over 8 hectares (approximately 20 acres) of private land, the farmhouse is surrounded by terraced gardens, olive groves, and natural woodland. Around 250 mature olive trees produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil each year.
The landscaped garden slopes down to a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, heated by solar panels, and is complemented by a lotus pond and shaded terraces for outdoor relaxation. A traditional wood-fired bread oven, covered dining area, and panoramic terrace provide perfect spaces for entertaining and enjoying the evening sunsets.

Accommodation:
The 18th. Century farmhouse was completely restored in 2000 maintaining its traditional character by using local craftsmen but adding double glazing and solar panels for modern comfort and energy saving. It is currently divided into two parts. The lower end of the house is dedicated to a luxurious apartment for the owner, whereas the larger upper part of the building providing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has been used for summer rentals providing a useful extra income.
