Detailed description of the property
The "Borghetto" is divided into two bodies: the main building of about 550 m2, and an outbuilding with a view of 50 m2. The renovation was carried out philologically with stone of the site, all exposed.
Main body: upper part

All windows on the south façade see the lake.

D, E, F. (see maps) are divided as follows: D. Wellness room. From an old man, a Jacuzzi with hot water was built, all with the highest quality lime finishes. The small estate
7 hectares of forest and arable land that descend gently towards the lake with about 200 olive trees and 10 fruit trees (are young plants).
