All the vehicles for working the olive groves and the vineyard are state of the art, as is the equipment which meets all the standards for processing wine and oil.

In spite of the absolutely quiet and secluded location, the property is only a few minutes' drive (15 minutes) from Perugia and the old town is imposingly placed in the view, just as Assisi, leaning against Monte Subasio. The airport of Perugia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
The property is fenced and access to the impressive estate is through an automatic cast iron gate along a cypress and olive lined driveway.

The main house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance room with cloakroom and guest toilet, a reception room with office, a living room with fireplace and access to a terrace and the garden, a dining room and a Valcucine kitchen with separate pantry and access to the courtyard. The first floor is reached via an internal staircase and comprises a loggia, a living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

The tower on three levels has a wine cellar with antique vaulted ceiling with access to the courtyard, a laundry and ironing room with access to the garden and a utility room on the ground floor. The first floor can be accessed both from the main house via an internal staircase or from the courtyard via an external staircase. In the pool house is situated the staff apartment with kitchen/living room with pantry, a bedroom and a bathroom. Near the pool is a covered terrace area with summer kitchen, pizza oven and BBQ, a shower room with toilet a storage room as well as the garage (35 m²).

The cantina comprises on the ground floor a reception room with display of wines for tasting, an office, a toilet with shower, a room for olive oil production, a garage with fully equipped workshop and pit for storage and maintenance of agricultural equipment and vehicles. In the basement is an air-conditioned wine cellar for the production and storage of the wines.
