The house is set back 200m from the road and built into a small hill reached by a recently resurfaced white road which in the spring summer months is a mass of wild roses, yellow broom and numerous wild flowers where hoopoes, bee-eaters and swallows take up their summer residence! 
Leading from the parking a small path leads to the entrance of the house with a grape vine covered terrace, seating area and barbecue facing the views. French doors open into a spacious and light filled kitchen with fireplace and wood burning stove.The flooring is a light coloured wood laminate and the windows and doors double glazed and burglar proof with outside metal shutters.
