The third building is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor we have the premises and a mini apartment of 65 sqm, with kitchen/ living room, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. Above this mini apartment, there is another apartment of 123sqm, which is divided into two floors: on the first floor there is a living room with wood stove that connects to the kitchen through a stone arch, on the second floor the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Other details:

The water comes from a private source, while the heating is via radiators, powered by LPG and pellets.
There is also solar thermal, a laundry room and a fenced field perfect for horses.
