A luxury hotel, with underfloor heating, with the residual apparatus of the Roman baths, intended to host the nobles and their entourage. The Tordellis were administrators of the Papal State, art collectors and, indeed, hoteliers. It is one of the 4 roof terraces in the city, the only one with a lift, with windows on all sides with a view of Spoleto.
