The original terracotta flooring has been retained in the attic and
in the sleeping area (second floor) and in part of the living area (second floor).
The light, gas, water, heating, TV and Ethernet LAN systems have been
redone from scratch, with multi-level sectioning, and, where required, certified.
The four bathrooms are all equipped with shower trays, in addition to the usual sanitary fittings.
The renovation was carried out using firms and professionals from
area.
The property is sold complete with Scavolini kitchen furniture and
appliances (stove, dishwasher, electric oven,
microwave oven and washing machine).
