RID019706 of 17/06/2011, for the withdrawal of electricity as per art. 13, paragraphs 3 and 4, of Legislative Decree no. 387/03 and art. 1, paragraph 41 of Law no. 239/2004, by the Energy Services Manager at the request of the producer.
Occupation: the property is leased for commercial use other than residential, as per contract 19.04.2013, registered with the Revenue Agency of Padua on 9.05.2013 at no. 3288 Series 3, with a duration of 9 years + 9 years, expiring, following the first renewal, on 18.04.2031, enforceable against the preventive agreement procedure and the party that will be awarded following participation in the competitive procedure that will succeed ope legis in the same contract.
