The apartment MAGNOLIA located on the first floor, is currently undergoing renovation. It opens onto a spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen overlooking the private park, offering a relaxing green view in every season. The sleeping area includes two large bedrooms and two contemporary-designed bathrooms.
The finishes are designed to enhance both style and comfort: natural oak wood plank flooring brings warmth and character to the interiors, while the bathrooms feature large-format porcelain stoneware with stone or marble effect, adding a touch of exclusive elegance.
