If you want to live in a historic house, not too large but not too small, in the center of a pretty village ... with all the comforts and especially with quality shops, here is the portion of an ancient family building (see photos front ivory color), located in Meduna di Livenza in the Treviso, north-east of Italy, one hour from Venice and not far from the coast and the Dolomites.

Large, it offers lots of space for both a family lunch and culinary art, which benefits from a cooking area served by many shelves on various levels. The light is not lacking thanks to the arched windows on the side of the hood and the large one that illuminates the table.
On the floor there is also a bathroom with a comfortable laundry / ironing room lit by two large arched windows.

A staircase always with wrought iron railing and national walnut railing of the named craftsmen, equal to that at the entrance, leads to the top floor: the sleeping area.
Separated by a sliding door to avoid noise rising and to create a thermal barrier, the sleeping area is divided into two sides: on the right is an attic room now dedicated to a single bedroom with white lacquered beam ceiling and a skylight that illuminates the part used as a study. Next door is a bathroom with tub / shower. On the left there is a practical hallway with fitted wardrobes which leads to a comfortable single bedroom. From the corridor, still on the left, there is access to the large double bedroom, with a high honeycomb ceiling and adjoining master bathroom with shower.
The entire roof, exposed-beam, has five original Velux skylights regularly maintained every two years.

The house is also accessed later by a closed side street, with parking dedicated to the adjacent residences. On the ground floor there is also a large room with chimney preparation currently used as a storage room, next to the closed garage with automated sectional door. The basement includes a convenient storage room for equipment.
The garage leads to the back garden: a small livable corner thanks to a Luserna stone paving on which a wrought iron gazebo of craftsmanship stands. In the space you can park the cars; the garden is closed by an automatic wrought iron gate.
