It was also a cinema, a military hospital (between May 1917 and April 1919). In 1941 it became the "Opera della dottrina Cristiana" with the functions of theatre, cineforum, nursery and school.
From an initial design analysis, it is possible to renovate the building to obtain prestigious residential solutions, and, considering the considerable height of some spaces, the dwellings can be equipped with very beautiful and particular lofts. It is also possible to create garages.
