The house, dating back to 1800, is the result of an architectural mind that tried to combine the strenght (stone structure with arches and cross vaults) with the dynamism (wide staircase and spacious high rooms). There’s no garden: the owners had many plots, but later they were occupied by streets and houses. In fact there is an East-facing loggia. There is no attic, but there is a crawlspace. There weren't the toilet, it was built in a later period.
After a total and necessary restoration to retrieve its beauty, the cellar of about 180 sqm could be used for cultural or gastronomical activities in a community with old rural traditions.
